A Dedicated Teacher: A Story of Kindness in a Small Village of Sivas
In a small village in Zara, a district of Sivas, a teacher named Ayşe dedicated her life to educating children. Although she could have lived a comfortable life in the city, she chose to teach in this remote village, embracing its challenges. During winter, the roads would be blocked, making it difficult to reach the school, but she never abandoned her students.
One year, the roof of the only school building in the village was on the verge of collapsing. Due to financial difficulties, it couldn’t be repaired. Unable to bear the thought of her students being left without an education, Ayşe started a campaign on social media. Within a short time, support poured in from all over Turkey. Volunteers and philanthropists came together to completely renovate the school.
Now, the children could study in a warm classroom with new books and stationery. Ayşe wasn’t just a teacher—she had changed the fate of an entire village.
This story shows how a heart dedicated to education can
create miracles. One person’s effort can brighten the future of many children.
